Postage and Packing

First Class Post

I try to keep my postage costs as low as possible and I do not make any money on these prices. Glass needs to be wrapped carefully but it is unexpectedly sturdy once packaged. I prefer to post first class as the less time it spends being bandied around, the more likely it is to remain undamaged. As a rule postage is sent via a small parcel rate and will be a flat charge of £6 regardless of how much you buy. If it needs to be in two separate parcels I will look into the cheapest way of doing it for you.

Next Day Signed-For

If you are in a hurry I can send things with a next-day guarantee. Please make me aware that you need it in a rush so that I can do everything I can to get it to you in time. The cost of this will depend on the weight of the package but it is usually around £12.

Returns

Return Costs

If your item arrives damaged please let me know as soon as possible and I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If you return the item I will reimburse your postage costs.

I want you to love your handmade glass. If for any reason you are not delighted with it, please let me know and I will do my best to come to some arrangement with you. If your item was personalised it might not be possible to return it, if you signed off the design before it was posted to you. But please do contact me and we will chat about how we can sort the problem.
